This is actually such a tasty and creamy shake! It’s great for satisfying a sweet tooth but also provides some great quality nutrients with the protein from the protein powder, healthy fats from the avocado, carbohydrates from the banana, and anti-oxidants and magnesium from the cacao powder. The avocado is the game changer as it makes the smoothie really creamy and I promise you won’t even know it’s in there!
60g Frozen Banana
Small Handful of Ice
300ml Hemp Milk (or any milk)
20g Chocolate Vegan Protein (I used form nutrition chocolate salted caramel)
5g Cacao Powder
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
Serve and Enjoy!
