Core Workout 4

This is a nice little superset of exercises for the abs that will really burn them out.

 Instructions:

There are 2 exercises. Complete both the exercises for the prescribed number of reps. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat x 3-4 times!

* Tip:
For the exercises, suck your belly button towards the floor and and use your abs to lift yourself towards your toes for the weighted v-ups!
