Sweaty Circuit 5

Instructions:

This is slightly different to my normal circuits. There are 4 circuits each containing 5 exercises.

You complete each exercise in the circuit once for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. You complete the circuit and then repeat the circuit 3 times before starting the second circuit.

This takes a total of 1 hour.
Optional: to shorten the session to 45 minutes choose 3 circuits (instead of the 4 shown).

Note:

If you don’t have a certain piece of equipment just swap the exercise for an alternative one! You can put in your own or I have other circuit examples which you can select any exercise from! For example: Most gyms do not have the ergos ski machine from this circuit. Therefore you could swap it for battle ropes or burpees etc.

You can also change any of the core exercises to a core exercise that best suits you.

I use a free timer app on my iPhone that I set for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest so I don’t have to keep my eye on the clock.
