I love smoothie bowls for breakfast, as a snack or desert! They are so tasty and they really satisfy my sweet tooth!
120g Frozen Banana
50g Frozen Raspberries*
25g Chocolate Vegan Protein (I used Tropeaka Chocolate Lean Protein)*
5g Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
Almond milk (to desired consistency around 20-60g+)
10g Nut Butter (optional)
15g of Chia Seeds (optional)
You can change the frozen raspberries for strawberries, mixed berries or blueberries etc.
You can use any type or flavour of protein you wish. Whey protein will make the smoothie bowl really creamy and fluffy!
You can also omit the protein powder completely if you don’t have any.
1) Add the frozen banana and raspberries to a blender.
2) Blend until smooth.
3) Add the protein powder, cacao powder, maca powder, almond milk (not too much, you can add extra later but you can’t remove it!), and nut butter to the blender.
4) Blend until smooth.
5) Pour into a bowl. Add the chia seeds (if using) and mix by hand.
6) Top with desired toppings.
Serve and Enjoy!
