Core Workout 3

Short little core circuit that’s perfect for adding into the end of your session to burn out those abs!


The circuit is composed of 4 exercises.

You complete each exercise in the circuit for 30 seconds.

You then repeat the circuit 3-4 times with either 30 seconds rest or no rest in between each round.

* Tip:
For exercises 1 and 4, suck your belly button towards the floor and only lower your legs to the point where your lower back is still touching the floor. This will help to fully engage your abs.
