Chocolate Sauce (Raw, Vegan, Dairy Free)

Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan

This is the most tasty chocolate sauce and it’s my go-to at the moment whenever I fancy a treat. I love making it and putting it on top of my banana ice-cream, chocolate sweet potato bread, chunky monkey ice-cream, frozen greek yoghurt! Its the perfect indulgent treat without it actually being too indulgent. The best part is that you probably have the ingredients in the cupboard so you can make it on the spot whenever you fancy!

(Serves 1)

1 heaped tsp of Cacao Powder

1/2 tsp of Coconut Oil (melted)

1 tsp of Agave (alternatively you can use honey or maple syrup)

25 g of Almond Milk (you can use regular milk if you would prefer)


1) Add the cacao powder, coconut oil, agave and almond milk into a cup.

2) Mix to combine.

3) Place in the microwave for around 20 seconds. Remove and mix (it will have thickened slightly).

If at desired consistency serve and enjoy. If it is too thick add a tiny bit more almond milk. If it is too thin place in the microwave for a further 10-15 seconds (or until it has thickened to desired consistency)
