Creamy Banana and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Grain Free

This will seem like a really odd combination but together they make really creamy and tasty smoothie bowl! Perfect for breakfast, snack or even a desert!



1/2 an avocado

1 Banana

20g Almond Butter

2 Medjool Dates

Approximately 200mls almond milk

*Note: You can swap almond butter for any other nut butter. You may want to add more almond butter depending on taste.


1) Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Place in a bowl and top with desired toppings.
